ACH Refund Timeline
ACH (bank transfer) refunds must be processed within 90 days of the original payment date.
After this window, the transaction can no longer be refunded through the standard ACH pathway due to bank and network limitations.
What to Do After 90 Days
If you need to issue a refund after the 90-day period:
You can record it as an Offline Refund in Goodshuffle Pro.
This allows you to maintain accurate records while refunding the client outside the system (e.g., via check or other method).
