This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Want to track which clients have paid more than their current contract balance? Use the Overpaid Billing filter to quickly spot overpayments.

Step 1: Apply the Overpaid Filter

  1. Go to your Project List.

  2. In the left-hand sidebar, find the Billing section.

  3. Click “Overpaid.”

What Counts as Overpaid?

A project is considered Overpaid if:

  • A client pays more than the contract total (e.g., tips, accidental overpayment)

  • The contract total is reduced after payment

These are good projects to review and resolve, especially if refunds or adjustments are needed.
