What Is the IP Exclusion List?

Here’s what the IP Exclusion List does and how it affects your activity logs in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

The IP Exclusion List allows you to exclude internal team members’ activity from appearing as client activity in your logs.

When someone on your team accesses a quote, invoice, or payment link from a device on the IP Exclusion List, their actions will not be recorded as if they were the client.

For example, if your salesperson Jane Doe clicks a payment link to test it, the system will log it as the client viewing the link, not Jane. This ensures your logs reflect true client behavior, not internal activity.

Where to Find It

You can access and remove your IP Exclusion List from your:

Account > Settings > IP Exclusion List
