How to Show and Hide Item Attributes on Digital and Printed Pull Sheets

Learn how to control which item attributes appear on your digital and printed pull sheets to streamline workflows for your crew and clients.

Why This Matters

Item attributes (like dimensions, fabric, or cost) can clutter pull sheets or reveal internal-only information. You can tailor your pull sheets to display just what your team needs - whether they're working on-screen or printing physical copies.


1. Show or Hide Attributes on Digital Pull Sheets

These dynamic, on-screen checklists let your team mark items through your customized stages (e.g., Pulled, Prepped, Loaded).

To toggle attributes display:

  1. Open the project and go to the Fulfillment tab.

  2. Click Filters in the digital pull sheet view.

  3. Use the filter menu to show or hide item details as needed.

This lets your team view only relevant details while working digitally.

2. Show or Hide Attributes on Printed (Physical) Pull Sheets

Let's say you've got attributes such as 'Original Cost' on some of your items. You may not want to have these attributes displayed on your pull sheets. You can select which attributes show on your pull sheets for your team when creating or editing an inventory item:
