What type of pricing structure should I use for my Packages?

Here are different example scenarios for when to use different pricing types for your packages.

Daily

I charge my client by the duration of their rental.

If you a 10 x 20 High Peak Tent from me for one day, I'd charge you $100.00, but if you rent it for two days, I'd charge you $200.00.

I charge my clients per day for their rental.

If you rent a bounce house for one day, I'd charge you $200.00. If you rented it for 3 days, I'd charge you $600.00.


Flat Fee

I charge my client one price, regardless of the duration of the rental.

If you rent my Boho Lounge package, I'd charge you $500.00 no matter how long you rent it for.

I charge my clients one price for their rental, not for a specific amount of time.

If you wanted to rent my Lux Dinner Set package, I'd charge you $300.00 for the entire rental period, whether it be for a day or a week.


Hourly

I charge my client hourly for my packages containing my services and equipment.

If you rent my Platinum Wedding Package, I'd charge you $300.00 for the first hour, and $200.00 for each hour after that.

I charge my client hourly for my DJ packages.

If you choose one of my DJ packages, I'll charge you $200 for the first two hours, and $85.00 for every hour after that.


Price by Contents (All)

I charge my client based off of the products, stems, or pieces that are included within my floral package.

If you want a custom arrangement, I will charge you based on the items that are included in the arrangement.

I charge my client for every item within a package.

If you rent my Best Birthday Party package, you'll be charged for a bounce house, generator use, extension cords, 3 tables, cake stand, etc.


Price by Contents (Client Visible)

I charge my client based on the items in the package they can see.

If you rent my Princess Birthday Package, you'll only be charged for items you can see, but not for hidden items like extension cords and set up equipment.

I charge my client for they key items in my package, but not the hidden items like set up tools and certain accessories.

If you rent my Evening Centerpieces set, I'll charge you for the decorative items and candle holders, but I won't charge you for the tea light candles I have as a hidden accessory.
