Tracking Client Interaction With Your Quotes and Contracts

Curious when your clients are opening your quotes and how often? Here’s how to monitor their engagement in real-time.

View Message Delivery and Opens

Once you click “Send to Client” on a quote or contract, you can monitor its delivery and engagement from the project’s chat panel.

To view this:

  1. Open the project.

  2. Click the “Messages” button to open the chat side panel.

  3. You’ll see:

    • A timestamp showing when the message was sent.

    • A delivery count showing how many recipients received the email.

    • The last time the email was opened.

📝 Our system receives direct confirmation from the recipient’s email server, so a “Delivered” status means the message made it to their inbox. We also track when they last opened the message—helpful for gauging interest!


Monitor Online Viewing Activity

To see when your client last viewed the quote online:

  1. Go to the “Activity Log” tab of the project.

  2. Look for the green client activity icon.
    This shows the most recent interaction.


Avoid False Triggers With IP Exclusion

To prevent your own activity from appearing as client engagement:

  • Goodshuffle Pro automatically excludes your company’s IP address from these logs.

  • If needed, you can remove an IP manually from the exclusion list.
