Subrentals are marked in several helpful locations throughout your account, so you can stay on top of what’s needed for each project.
Where to View Subrentals
1. Dashboard
Scroll to the bottom of your Dashboard to see any active subrentals at a glance.
2. Project List
Customize your Project List view:
Add the “Inventory Alerts” column.
Filter by “Subrentals” to isolate affected projects.
3. Product View
You’ll see which upcoming projects have subrentals associated with a particular product.
4. Pull Sheets
Subrentals are marked clearly on a project's Pull Sheet, so your team knows exactly what items are being sourced externally.
