This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
When creating/editing your items or services, you can always remove the tax at the bottom right of the "Details" tab.
Also, when setting your tax types (Article w. Video) from your account settings, you can select if you want it to auto-apply to Products, Services, etc. This will apply to items created moving forward:
