Why is There Still a Yellow Bar Across the Top of My Screen?

Learn how to re-submit Account Owner information for the Know Your Customer requirements.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you've already added your Know Your Customer information and are still seeing a Yellow Bar, you'll likely need to update your (or the Account Owner's) social security number. This will verify your account, allowing for payments and payouts to be resumed if they were paused. This is required by our payment processor, Stripe. To do so:

  • Next, ‘Edit’ your information under Management and Ownership

  • Then, please click to ‘Replace’ your SSN and add/re-add your full SSN (not just the last 4 digits)

  • Finally, click ‘submit’ and confirm the information
