How Can I See Which Projects Use a Specific Item in My Inventory?

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Find an Item’s Usage Across Projects

To see which projects are using (or have used) a specific inventory item:

Navigate to your Inventory tab.
Click on the item you want to track.
Select the “Usage” tab.
Scroll down to view:
- Upcoming Projects where the item is scheduled to be used
- Past Projects where the item has already been used

This view includes:
