How can I generate a new recovery code for a member of my team?

If a member of your team is unable to log in with 2-Factor Authentication and cannot find their recovery code, you can generate a new code.

Note: Only Account Owners can generate a new Recovery Code

As the Account Owner, head over to your Subscriptions tab.

From here, click the three dots to the right of the user and click "Generate Backup Code."

You'll see a newly generated Recovery Code.

Send this code to your teammate and they'll be able to access their account.
