Where to Go to Submit Evidence for Disputes in Goodshuffle Pro

Learn how to find and submit evidence for a payment dispute directly in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you’ve received a payment dispute, you can quickly find and submit your supporting documents directly through Goodshuffle Pro.


How to Submit Evidence

  1. Go to your Dashboard at pro.goodshuffle.com/rms/dashboard.

  2. In the “Due Balances” widget, click the “Dispute” pill to filter for active disputes.

  3. Click on the specific dispute you want to respond to — this will open the related project.

  4. In the project, navigate to the “Billing” tab.

  5. Scroll down to the “Disputes” section and click “Submit Evidence” next to the correct dispute.
