This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you’ve received a payment dispute, you can quickly find and submit your supporting documents directly through Goodshuffle Pro.
How to Submit Evidence
Go to your Dashboard at pro.goodshuffle.com/rms/dashboard.
In the “Due Balances” widget, click the “Dispute” pill to filter for active disputes.
Click on the specific dispute you want to respond to — this will open the related project.
In the project, navigate to the “Billing” tab.
Scroll down to the “Disputes” section and click “Submit Evidence” next to the correct dispute.
