How do I view if an email in Message Center has been delivered?

Here's how to check the delivery status of an email in Message Center.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

From your Goodshuffle Pro dashboard, locate the "Messages" tab.

After selecting the "Messages" tab, you'll be able to view your project list with projects that have message threads.

From here, select the project where you want to view the email delivery status.

After opening a project, you can view the delivery status by selecting the blue arrow to the right of the recipient address line.

This section will display detailed information, such as delivery history, error messages, and read receipts, providing a complete record of the email's journey.

From here, you will be able to view both the delivery and read status of your emails.

This history includes timestamps, the exact status of deliveries, and any associated error messages to help you identify and resolve issues quickly.

Common Reasons for Email Delivery Failures

It's important to know why emails might not reach your recipients. Typical reasons include:

  1. Invalid Email Address: Ensure the recipient's email address is correct. Double-check for typos or outdated addresses

  2. Mail Provider Errors: Temporary issues with mail providers could prevent delivery and usually show specific error messages

  3. Troubleshooting Suppressions: Recipient-side suppressions or past email-related issues may require updating addresses or retrying email sends
