How to See When a Client Last Received and Read a Message

Check whether your client received and opened a message sent from Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You can track message delivery and read status for any project communication.

View Message Status From a Project

  1. Open the relevant project.

  2. Click “Messages” in the upper-right corner.

  3. Locate the message and click the drop-down arrow next to the recipient’s name.

You’ll see:

  • Delivered: The message was successfully sent.

  • Read: The client has opened the message.

Your Message history will appear. Click the drop-down arrow next to the message recipient(s).

View Message Status from the Messages Tab

  1. Click the Messages tab from the left-hand menu.

  2. Search for the specific project.

  3. Click into the message thread and view the Delivered and Read times under the recipient’s name.

Pro tip: This is a great way to confirm receipt without needing to follow up manually.
