To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

If you're handling a walk-in, answering a phone call, or working a trade show booth, you can easily take a reservation without emailing the client. Goodshuffle Pro allows you to finalize bookings directly in the system while keeping your records organized and searchable.

How To Take an In-Person Reservation

  1. Start a New Project

    • Click “Create Project” and enter the client’s name and basic event details (date, location, etc.).

  2. Add Inventory

    • Navigate to the “Inventory” tab and add all the items your client is renting.

  3. Skip the Email Step

    1. Click the “Contract” tab.

    2. Click “Mark as Signed” to confirm the reservation without needing client interaction.

🧠 This allows you to build the contract without emailing your client.

If your client is paying in person, you can record these payments as an Offline Payment.
