Need to update taxes across a full project in just a few clicks? The Bulk Edit All Taxes tool lets you apply, clear, or replace tax types for every item in all Line Item Groups and Logistics with ease.
How to Bulk Edit All Taxes in a Project
To update taxes across the entire project:
Open your project in Goodshuffle Pro.
Click the three dots (“More”) button at the top-right of the screen.
Select “Bulk Edit All Taxes” from the dropdown.
In the Bulk Edit Taxes window, choose one of the following options:
Add additional Tax Types — Adds the selected tax type(s) to existing taxes.
Replace all Tax Types — Removes current taxes and applies your selected type(s).
Clear all Tax Types — Removes all taxes from every item in the project.
Check the box(es) for the tax type(s) you want to apply.
Click “Bulk Edit” to save your changes.
Before You Begin
✅ Important: The tax types you want to apply must already be:
Created in your account under your Tax Settings
Assigned to products in your inventory
Associated with the correct tax jurisdictions
⚠️ If you don’t see your selected tax changes apply, double-check that:
The tax type is active in your account
It’s assigned to the items you’re editing
It’s set up for the correct location/jurisdiction
