This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
What Are “Approved” Authorizations?
When your client authorizes a credit card for future payment, you'll see an “Approved” status in the “Authorizations” section of your Billing tab.
What Does “Approved” Mean?
An authorization is marked “Approved” when your client enters their card information and approves a hold on the amount.
No funds have been captured yet—this is simply a hold for a future charge.
Once the charge is completed, the payment will move to the “Payments” section.
💡 The “System Process” label in the details panel for a payment means the payment was processed automatically by Goodshuffle Pro.
When Will the Card Be Charged?
Check the “Chargeable On or After” column in the “Authorizations” section to see when the funds can be captured.
