This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
Open the sheet in Google Sheets (I find it easiest to use)
Then, remove the two 'data' columns and arrange your columns so they look like this:
(Ideally having Category and Title together)
3. Then, click to select the entire sheet.
4. After, click Data > Sort Range
5. Then, click to use the data as header row (this'll make it easy to identify the columns)
6. Next, Sort by Category A-Z
7. Then add another 'Sort By'
8. After, sort by Title A-Z
9. Finally, Sort...
and Voila!!
