**This article describes how to update all quantities of a place setting when you're seeking to show the price of each Fork, Knife, etc. If you're looking to hide the pricing of your individual pieces, you'll want to create a pre-set Place Setting package or create a custom Place Setting package**

To start, create a single item in your inventory named something like "Place Settings". This item doesn't need to have a price or a quantity, but should certainly have a few photos!

When creating a project, start by adding this item to your order.

To add your client's flatware choices, click the three dots to the right of this Place Settings item and click "Add Inventory Item to Package". You can then search through your flatware and create a custom setting - you'll want to add what each individual place setting requires (i.e. 1 knife, 1 fork, 2 teaspoons, etc).

Now each of your individual flatware pieces is directly linked to your "Place Settings" item - allowing you to change the quantity of all pieces on the fly! Click the three dots to the right of your "Place Settings" item, and click "Edit". Then, adjust the quantity of place settings based on the guest count.

Your clients will see a breakdown of each item along with its pricing on the contract.
