This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
You can easily upload important documents—like a driver’s license—to a client’s profile in Goodshuffle Pro. This is especially helpful if you need to reference their ID for security or damage-related concerns.
Uploading a Client’s Driver’s License
Go to the “Directory” tab.
Search for and click on the client’s name to open their profile.
Click the “Files” tab in their profile.
Drag and drop the document or click “Upload” to add a scan or photo of their driver’s license.
How It Helps
Once uploaded, the file will automatically appear as a “Suggested File” on all future projects with that client. This makes it easy to quickly reference the document without re-uploading it each time.
Pro Tip: You can also upload other helpful documents here, like signed waivers or special agreements.
