Here's what your client will receive when you process an Online Refund.

As soon as you process an Online Refund, an email will be sent to your client letting them know of the refund.

We also partner with Stripe to offer refund authorizations for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover transactions. With refund authorizations, successful online refunds will automatically appear on your clients’ bank statement in real time, reducing confusion for your clients and potentially reducing disputes for your business.
