Will My Client Receive a Notification of a Refund?

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

When you issue an online refund in Goodshuffle Pro, your client is automatically notified by email. The email confirms that the refund was processed and provides basic details about the transaction.

Real-Time Refund Notifications

We partner with Stripe to support refund authorizations for most major cards, including:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Discover

With refund authorizations, successful refunds often appear on your client’s bank statement in real time—sometimes even before the funds fully settle. This helps reduce confusion and gives your clients immediate peace of mind.
