The great thing about issuing refunds through Goodshuffle Pro (and Stripe 😉) is that the refunds take place immediately and the client will have access to those funds right away.

We also partner with Stripe, our payment processor, which offers refund authorizations for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover transactions. With refund authorizations, successful online refunds will automatically appear on your clients’ bank statement in real time, reducing confusion for your clients and potentially reducing disputes for your business.

As a note, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to display on a clients card for credit card transactions processed through card networks outside of those mentioned above.
