Why Use the Unschedule Route Button?

Need to reroute an entire vehicle's stops? Whether plans change or you need to redistribute deliveries, you can now unschedule an entire route at once—no need to remove each stop individually.

This saves time and ensures you're not accidentally leaving behind a stop.

Unscheduling a Route

To unschedule an entire route:

  1. Open the Route Planner and locate the route you want to remove.

  2. Click the “Edit” (pencil) icon to open the route’s side panel.

  3. In the top right of the side panel, click the “Unschedule Route” button.

  4. A confirmation modal will appear.

  5. Click “Yes, Unschedule” to confirm.

Once confirmed:

  • All stops from that route will return to the Unscheduled list.

  • The vehicle will no longer have an assigned route for that day.

Important Notes

  • You can only unschedule one route at a time.

  • This action is only available from the route’s side panel—you must click into the specific route.

  • The route will no longer appear in the timeline once unscheduled.

Common Use Cases

  • A truck becomes unavailable and you need to redistribute stops.

  • A client reschedules last-minute and you want to delay that group of deliveries.

  • You want to try a new auto-routing plan from scratch.
