How to Sync a Project to QuickBooks Online
You can sync an invoice to QuickBooks at any point, such as when logistics begin or when the project is finalized.
To push an invoice to QuickBooks Online:
Click “Sync” at the top right of your screen
Enable Auto Sync (if disabled)
Click “Sync” again to confirm
Tip: Auto Sync ensures invoices push to QuickBooks automatically as your projects progress. You can toggle this setting per project or leave it off and sync manually when you're ready.
How Can I Stop My Projects From Automatically Syncing to QuickBooks Online?
If you'd prefer to stop a project from syncing automatically to QuickBooks Online, you can disable the Auto Sync setting for that specific project.
To do this:
Open the project you want to modify.
Click the “Sync” icon at the top right of the screen.
Locate the QuickBooks Online section.
Toggle Auto Sync to Off.
