To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

When scanning QR codes in Mobile Fulfillment, Goodshuffle Pro uses color coding to indicate an item's status. These colors help you quickly determine whether the scanned item can be used, viewed, or flagged.

QR Code Colors in Projects

When scanning within a project (e.g., during Pull Sheet, Check-In, or Set Aside workflows):

  • 🟩 Green — The item is part of the project and can have an action taken on it.

  • 🟥 Red — The item is not part of the project. No action can be taken.

QR Code Colors Outside Projects (Using "View Item")

When scanning from outside a specific project (using the "View Item" function or general scans):

  • 🟩 Green — The QR code is valid and can be used for actions like “View Item” or “Set Aside.”

  • 🟨 Yellow — The item is not in the current project but is still viewable.

  • 🟥 Red — The QR code is invalid or unrecognized by the system.

Quick Tips

  • You’ll only see green or red while scanning inside a project.

  • The Set Aside feature uses the same logic as Pull Sheet or Check-In scans.

  • When scanning outside a project, yellow indicates visibility without project association.
