When your client approves a contract online, they’ll be asked to review your Terms & Conditions—including your Cancellation Policy—before signing.
What the Client Sees
Your cancellation policy is shown directly above the signature section in the online contract. This ensures the client reads and acknowledges the policy before they agree to your terms.
You can quickly preview this as the client by toggling into Client View and viewing the second tab.
