First, run your Client Activity Report for your desired year. (Article).
Check the Payment Sync Column
The rightmost column in your report will show whether a payment has been synced to QuickBooks Online.
View Payment Sync Details
If you'd like to see when a payment was synced, click the drop-down arrow next to any payment to view more details.
