How Can I See Which of My Payments Have Not Synced With QuickBooks Online?

Here's how you can use the Client Activity report to track which payments have been added to QuickBooks Online.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

First, run your Client Activity Report for your desired year. (Article).

Check the Payment Sync Column

The rightmost column in your report will show whether a payment has been synced to QuickBooks Online.

View Payment Sync Details

If you'd like to see when a payment was synced, click the drop-down arrow next to any payment to view more details.
