How Can I Restore an Annual User Seat Subscription?

Here is how you can restore a subscription for an annual user seat if you have previously deactivated it.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you previously deactivated an annual user seat—whether due to a staff departure or team changes—you can restore that seat if its cancellation date has not yet passed. This is helpful if the same user is returning or you're assigning the seat to someone new.


How to Restore an Annual Seat

Follow these steps shown in the GIF:

  1. From your left-hand navigation bar, click “Account.”

  2. Select the “Subscriptions” tab under Account Settings.

  3. Scroll down to the “Annual Seats” section.

  4. Find the deactivated seat you'd like to restore.

  5. Click the three-dot menu to the right of the seat.

  6. Select “Restore Seat Subscription.”

✅ This will reactivate the seat and retain the original subscription renewal date.
