To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
Let's say you previously deactivated an annual user seat, but the former employee returned or you hired a new employee. If the cancellation date for the seat has not yet passed, you can choose to restore the seat to add either user to your account.
You can do so by navigating to the deactivated user seat in the 'Subscriptions' tab of your Account Settings. From here, click the three dots to the right of the annual user seat and choose 'Restore Seat Subscription'. This will automatically restore the seat subscription as well as the previous subscription renewal date.
