How to Run a Report on Your Sales for Products, Services, and Deliveries

Quickly find out how much each part of your projects is earning your business.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Want to know how much of your revenue comes from products vs. services vs. logistics? You can easily break that down in your project reports.

Steps to Run a Sales Breakdown Report

  1. Head to the “Projects” tab.

  2. Click “Edit Columns” in the top right corner.

  3. From the Sales section on the left, check the boxes for the columns you’d like to see, such as:

    • Product Subtotal (Signed)

    • Service Subtotal (Signed)

    • Logistics Subtotal (Signed)

    • Any other relevant subtotals or quote totals

4. Select the projects you want to include.

5. Click the bulk download button in the yellow banner at the top.

Pro Tip: Hover your mouse over any column header to view the total across all selected projects!

This is a great report to run monthly or quarterly to identify your top-performing service categories or areas where you may want to adjust pricing.
