How to Manage Timed Emails on a Project

Learn how to view and control automated messages on individual projects in Goodshuffle Pro.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Once a project reaches Contract Signed status, Goodshuffle Pro automatically schedules any active Timed Emails. You can view and adjust which automated messages are active for a specific project directly from the project's Contract page—without changing your template settings.

View Email Automations on a Project

Once a contract is signed, an "Email Automations" indicator appears at the top of the project's Contract page, showing how many automations are scheduled (for example, "Email Automations (2)").

Click "Email Automations" to open a dropdown showing each scheduled message, its send date, and its current status.

Turn Off a Specific Automated Message for This Project

Each automated message in the Email Automations dropdown has its own toggle. To disable a message for this project only, switch its toggle off. This won't affect the template or any other projects.

To edit the timing or content of a template, click the pencil icon next to the message. This will take you directly to the template editor in Message Center.

View What's Been Sent

Every automated email sent on a project is recorded in the Logs tab under the Activity Log, clearly labeled as system-generated — for example, "System sent 'Post-Event Survey' email automatically." This makes it easy to distinguish automated activity from messages you sent manually.
