This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you don’t want clients entering purchase order (PO) numbers, you can disable this option for your entire account or on a project-by-project basis.
Disable PO Numbers for All Projects
Go to your Account Settings.
Click the “Settings” tab.
Scroll down to Billing Settings.
Toggle off the option labeled “Allow client to enter a PO Number online.”
Disable PO Numbers on a Single Project
If you only want to hide the PO Number field for one specific project:
Open the project.
Click the gear icon in the top right to open Project Settings.
Select the Billing Settings tab.
Uncheck the box labeled “Allow client to enter a PO Number.”
