This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
By default, Goodshuffle Pro sends automatic payment reminder emails to your clients before and when a payment is due. You can choose to disable these notifications globally or on a per-project basis.
Disable Payment Reminders Across Your Entire Account
To turn off payment notifications for all projects:
Select 'Account', then go to 'Settings'.
In the left-side menu, click 'Notifications'.
Toggle off the option: 'Send Payment Due Notifications':
While disabled, no notifications will be sent regardless of if enabled at the project level.
Disabling reminders at the account level will apply to all existing and future projects.
Disable Payment Reminders for a Single Project
You can disable these reminders per project by,
Clicking the 'Gear' symbol on your projects
Select 'Notification Settings'
Remove the checkmark from one or both of the following options:
Send 'Upcoming Payment' notifications
Send 'Payment Due' notifications
