Two Simple Ways to Stay Organized Year to Year

Here’s how to set yourself up for success with yearly projects:

  1. Use Tasks to Set Reminders
Create a Task (for you or your team) to follow up on the project—either well before (e.g., 2–3 months) or right when it's due. This ensures proactive planning each year. Many teams set these reminders months in advance to avoid last-minute rushes.

  2. Duplicate the Project for Next Year
Once a job occurs, simply duplicate the project and update the dates for the following year. This brings everything forward—services, contracts, notes, clients—while giving you an easy entry point for this year’s planning.
