This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Filtering by multiple team members makes it easy to narrow your view to just the projects you care about—whether you’re reviewing workload, tracking ownership, or managing follow-ups across your team.

This is especially helpful for managers and sales leads who want visibility across several people at once.

When to Use This Filter

Use the Team filter when you want to:

  • View projects assigned to more than one team member

  • Compare workloads across teammates

  • Focus on active projects for specific people

  • Quickly answer “Who’s working on what?”

How to Filter by Multiple Team Members

  1. Navigate to Projects.

  2. Click “Filters” in the top-left corner of the page.

  3. Scroll down to Team (you may need to click “More Search Options”).

  4. Expand the ACTIVE team list.

  5. Check the box next to each team member you want to include.

    • You can choose multiple team members at the same time.

  6. The Projects list will automatically update to show projects matching any of the selected team members.

Helpful Tips

  • “Any Role” selected means projects will appear if the team member is assigned in any role (not just the Sales Lead).

  • You can combine the Team filter with other filters like Date Range, Billing Status, or Client for even more precise results.

  • Click “Save View” to reuse this filtered view later without setting it up again.
