To set up a flat fee for an item, head over to the inventory page and select your item.
After selecting your item, scroll down to the pricing section in the appearing pop-up menu.
Here you have two choices:
Enter all the fields as the same price
Leave all fields as blank besides the Monthly field
*If an item is reserved for more than 30 days, it will not act as a flat fee.
After entering the details, go ahead and save your changes.
Note: The system will always choose the cheapest cost for the client. For example, if your flat rate is $50 and a buyer tries to select a 3 day reservation, the system will charge $50 not $150.
