This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Flat fees are useful when you want to charge the same amount regardless of how long the item is reserved. This is common for:

  • Services like setup or delivery

  • Packages that have one base price

  • Decor or specialty items with a fixed cost.

How to Assign a Flat Fee

  1. Click on the “Inventory” tab.

  2. Select the item, service, or package you want to edit.

  3. In the pop-up window, scroll to the Pricing Structure section.

  4. Check the box for “Flat Fee Pricing.”

  5. Enter the flat rate (for example, $50.00).

  6. Click “Save.”

💡 Important Notes

  • If your flat rate is $50 and someone books the item for 3 days, they’ll still only be charged $50, not $150.

  • Flat fees override per-day or per-hour pricing for that item.

When to Use Flat Fees

Use flat pricing when you:

  • Offer fixed-cost services (e.g., “Setup Service” for $100).

  • Charge a single base price for packages, regardless of how long they’re rented.

  • Don’t want clients penalized for multi-day rentals.
