Need to step away from Advanced Sales and Marketing? Account owners and admins can deactivate the add-on any time from the Add-Ons tab. Your Brands and locations are never deleted, so you can pick up right where you left off if you come back.
Only Account Owners and Admins can deactivate add-ons.
How to Deactivate
Click Account, then open the Add-Ons tab.
Open the Advanced Sales & Marketing card.
Click Manage.
Click Deactivate and let us know why you're deactivating. Your feedback helps us improve.
Click Confirm Cancellation to finish.
What Happens After You Deactivate
When you deactivate, access ends right away and each seat returns to its standard plan. Your work is never deleted:
Your extra Brands and their store locations stay visible in a locked state. You just can't edit them while the add-on is off.
Events you've already created keep the Brand and location they were sent with.
You can still filter by those Brands and locations in your event list.
Start the add-on again later and everything unlocks right where you left off.
💡 Pro Tip: If you deactivate during your free trial, you keep access through the original trial end date and no charge is applied.
