Within a project you can now select which sales office will be responsible for the project.
From the top left of a project you can select the Sales Office location from the drop-down menu.  This will update the delivery logistics to charge the milage between the sales office and the venue.

For example, below you can see the delivery cost updating when I go from using my Washington, DC location to my Hershey, PA location:

This will also change the location listed at the top of your quotes or invoices.
