First, create one Standard Terms template from your Account.

Then, create a new template that includes the wording from my Standard but add the language about, say, Dish Rental, and call the Terms 'Standard + Dish' (or whatever makes more sense to you!).

You can enter your terms directly into the text box, or upload via PDF, JPG, or PNG file:

Now you will be able to change and select the terms from the dropdown at the bottom of your project:
