Let's say you've already got an invoice for a project in QuickBooks Online and you don't want Goodshuffle Pro to create a new invoice when the project is marked as signed or the logistics start (depending on your integrations setting).

You can click Sync in the top right of your screen and then turn off the Auto-Sync for QuickBooks Online.
