To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

You can choose to display or hide the Sales Lead’s information on your client-facing documents, like quotes and invoices. This can be managed in two ways:

  • Account level – Applies to all newly created projects moving forward.

  • Project level – Customize visibility for individual projects.

Account-Level Setting

This controls the default setting for all future projects created under your account.

To update Sales Lead visibility account-wide:

  1. Click on Account from the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown.

  3. Scroll down to the Contract Settings section.

  4. Toggle the “Show sales lead information” setting ON or OFF.

    • This includes name, email, and phone number.

    • When OFF, the information will be hidden on all future quotes/invoices.

Project-Level Setting

If your account setting has this toggled ON, you can still override it on individual projects.

To update Sales Lead visibility on a single project:

  1. Open the desired project.

  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the project view.

  3. Choose Contract Settings from the dropdown.

  4. Check or uncheck “Show sales lead information” depending on your preference.
