First, ensure you have your account connected with Google Calendar.

Next, on the connected Google Account, click the three dots next to one of the statues you'd like to share with your team on iCalendar.

Then, copy the Secret Address in iCal Format and share this securely with your team.

After, as a teammate in iCalendar, click File > New Calendar Subscription and past the URL you received above.

Finally, you'll be able to customize the appearance of your new calendar.
