This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
Our updated Stripe API allows us to create better visibility into the flow of funds from the moment you take a payment all the way to your bank account (known as an External Account). If you're using our QuickBooks Online integration, there are a few changes that come with this update.
Goodshuffle Financial Account
After agreeing to Stripe's updated Terms and Conditions and selecting your QuickBooks Online account of record, you will now see an account named Goodshuffle Financial Account in your login to QuickBooks Online. This is where your "Pending Available" balances are held before being sent to your bank account via an Outbound Transfer. Previously these balances were not reflected in your QuickBooks Online account.
Amounts in the Goodshuffle Financial Account are automatically moved to the account you selected when configuring our QuickBooks Online integration when an Outbound Transfer is initiated. You do not have to manually move or transfer this balance inside your QuickBooks Online account; this will happen automatically!
