To add a General Service, select "Add Inventory" and click the "Service" option. You can type the service name into the "Name" field to view a suggested category or search within the "Category" field to select an option from the drop-down menu.

Explore the pricing structures and decide between Hourly, Percent of Order, Percent of Line Item, or Flat Fee pricing. Fill in the cost information to meet your desired rates. You can also check "Track conflicts on this service?" to ensure you don't overbook your crew. Click "Create" to add this service to your inventory.

You can add "Attributes" for this General service before you save it to your inventory. For example, you can add the suggested Attribute, "Crew Member", to add your employees to the service, or you can create a Custom Attribute. Click "Save" to ensure all changes or additions are saved before moving to the "Details" tab.

Click on the "Details" tab to add a "Contact Description," eCommerce Description, Tags Internal Notes, and Tax Types. You can add an image by dragging and dropping it to upload or by selecting "Add Images."

After uploading, you may edit, resize, or crop the image by selecting the pencil tool.

As a final step, select a Tax Type. Click "Save" to finish the process and "x" at the top right to close the window.
