Add or remove teammates from current seats, or add/remove the seat itself.

Add a Teammate

Navigate to the Account dropdown on the left and select "Subscriptions." This will bring you to the team management panel, where you can add a teammate to your Goodshuffle Pro account.

Add a Teammate from a Project

To add a teammate from one of your projects, visit the "Team" tab and click "Invite Teammates."

Add a Teammate to an Existing Seat

To add a new teammate to an existing seat, type their email into the open email box and click “Send Invite".

This teammate will receive an invite via email. They need to click "Join Company", add login credentials, and then they will have access to their account.

Once your teammate has confirmed their email and entered their info, you’ll see their name on your Subscription page.

Add a New Seat for a New Teammate

To add a new teammate with a new seat, select either “Add Sales User Seat” or “Add Crew User Seat,” choose between monthly or annual billing (the best value), and enter their email.

This teammate will receive an invite via email. They need to click "Join Company", add login credentials, and then they will have access to their account.

Once your teammate has confirmed their email and entered their info, you’ll see their name on your Subscription page. 

Remove a Teammate from a Seat

To remove a teammate, select the “Remove Teammate” button.

Note: This removes the person’s access but does not remove the seat. If you paid for a yearly subscription, you will have this seat until the end of the billing cycle and ought to consider putting another person in it. If you paid monthly and you don’t have an employee soon replacing the one leaving, you may choose to cancel this seat to cease billing.
