Managing Set Asides through Barcode Scanning

Here is how to use the Mobile Fulfillment page to manage Set Asides through Barcode scanning.

How can I scan items to mark them as Set Asides?

  1. Using your mobile device,

    1. Scan the QR Code at the top right of a project's Pull Sheet. This will take you to the mobile Fulfillment page for a project or

    2. Click the link to the mobile Fulfillment home page to select a project

  2. Tap the 'Scan' button located at the bottom right of your mobile view

  3. Select Set Aside

  4. Click 'Allow' to allow Goodshuffle Pro to access your camera to scan items

  5. Hover your mobile device over the QR Code on the item. Note that you can scan as many barcodes as can fit in the camera

    1. You should see a green, square outline over each QR Code

  6. Click 'Tap' in the middle of one of the QR Codes

  7. You should see a window pop up to select a quantity to Set Aside, including notes to save with the Set Aside

  8. You can then click 'Save Set Aside'

  9. Check the Digital Pull Sheet to ensure the Set Aside quantity is correct

How can I edit the Set Asides for an item after saving them through Barcoding?

You can quickly correct the number of items Set Aside by navigating to the Project Link Tree.

From there,

  1. Click 'Project Detail'

  2. Select 'CHECK IN' at the bottom right

  3. Scroll down to the item and click the 'Edit' button beneath the Set Aside Column

  4. Adjust the quantity of the Set Aside

    1. You can also remove the note if you are dropping the Set Aside Count to 0

  5. Click 'Save Set Aside'

  6. Remember to review the 'Check In' column to move those items back to 'In Use'
