Goodshuffle Pro’s Barcoding feature includes a powerful Scan History audit log, so you can keep tabs on every barcode scan made during Fulfillment. Whether you're trying to confirm that an item was marked as pulled or simply reviewing what’s already been scanned, this tool provides full transparency and accountability.

Where Can I View the Audit Log?

There are two places you can review scan activity:

1. From the Project’s Logs Tab

To view a full audit trail for a specific project:

  • Open the project from the Projects tab.

  • Navigate to the Logs tab.

  • You’ll see a detailed log of all scan events across the entire project.

This includes:

  • What was scanned

  • Which user scanned it

  • When it was scanned (with timestamps in your time zone)

  • What action was performed

2. From the Scanner View (Mobile-Friendly)

If you’re scanning items from a mobile device, you can also view your personal scan history in real-time:

  • Open the Scanner View (e.g., from the Fulfillment tab or Linktree).

  • Tap the clock icon in the top-right corner.

  • This will open the Scan History panel.

You can toggle between two filters:

This Session

  • Shows scans recorded since you loaded the scanner.

  • Refreshing or re-opening the Scanner View starts a new session.

Today

  • Displays all scan events for the current day (12:00 a.m.–11:59 p.m., based on your local time).

  • Useful for tracking multiple sessions throughout your shift.

This feature is especially helpful for team leads, warehouse managers, and admins looking to maintain a clear, real-time view of Fulfillment progress.

If you have questions or need help accessing your scan history, don’t hesitate to reach out in the blue chat bubble at the bottom of your account!
