In Goodshuffle Pro, a seat is a paid user license that grants access to the platform. Each teammate who logs into your account must be assigned a seat.
Different seat types give different levels of access, so you can build your team efficiently and securely while controlling what each person can see and do.

The Account Owner has complete access to everything in Goodshuffle Pro, including:
All features and tools
Admin controls (billing, subscription management, account security)
Full edit and delete capabilities
Note: Every account has exactly one Account Owner.
Full User Seat
Available on Standard and Lite Plans. Best for: Office staff, salespeople, bookkeepers
Additional Full User seats for Standard Plans are available at $59/month (monthly) or $49/month (paid upfront, annually). Additional Full User seats for Lite Plans are available at $39/month.
Full Users can access nearly all features, including:
Inventory management
Fulfillment tracking
Reporting and analytics
Client communication- Creating Projects
Managing contracts
Cannot access: Admin-only controls like billing or subscription management
Limited User Seat
Available on Standard plans and above (1 included free). Best for: Warehouse teams, drivers, installers. Pricing: $19/month per user.
Limited Users see only the tools they need:
Fulfillment lists
Delivery timelines
Task assignments- Inventory check-in/out
Cannot access: Contracts, payments, pricing, or client communications
Additionally restricted: Financial information
Read-Only Seat
Available on Standard plans and above Best for: Subcontractors, freelancers, vendors, partner companies
Pricing: $99/month (paid upfront) for unlimited users associated with a core account on a Standard Annual plan, and $ 109/month for core accounts on a Standard Monthly plan.
Read-Only Users can view project details but cannot edit or update anything. Perfect for giving visibility without risk. They can view specific details such as pull sheets and schedules.
