This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
You can quickly add existing inventory, or create new custom items and packages directly from a contract. Here's how:
Step 1: Click "Add" in the Line Item Group
In your contract, locate the appropriate Line Item Group and click "+ Add Items" to open the item selection window.
Step 2: Add Date Fields to your Line Item Group
Add an Item Group Name
Select a Start and End Date
Click "Save Line Item Group"
Step 3: Choose Between Inventory or Custom Items
You have two options:
Inventory Item
Click "+ Add Inventory Item" to add something from your existing inventory.
Search for the item by name or narrow down your search by using the Inventory filters on the left side
If an item has multiple pricing structures (e.g., Daily, Purchase, Flat Fee, etc.), select one and then choose a quantity. If an item only has one pricing structure, choose a quantity.
Click "Add" to include it in the line item group.
Repeat as needed.
If an item has a conflict, you'll be alerted by a solid red background, but you can still proceed and resolve it later in the Fulfillment tab (e.g., via subrental).
Once you've added all necessary inventory, click the "×" in the corner or return to the contract page.
Custom Item / Package
Click "+ Add Custom Item / Package" to add an item or bundle not yet in your inventory.
Enter the item or package name.
Enter the quantity.
Choose a pricing method:
Flat Fee
Contents (used for packages)
Apply any discounts, if needed.
Add images by clicking the camera icon at the top of the window.
Click "Save" in the top right corner to add it to the contract.

💡 Pro Tip: Fast Quantity Editing
After adding line items, you have two ways to update quantities without reopening the add flow:
Inline editing: Click the quantity field directly on any line item to update it in place. How to Edit Line Item Quantities Inline on a Contract
