This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
Saved Views let you save a specific filter and sort configuration on your Inventory list and switch back to it instantly, any time. Your whole catalog also scrolls continuously now - no more clicking through pages.
What Are Saved Views?
A Saved View is a named snapshot of your current filter and sort settings on the Inventory list. Once saved, it appears as a tab at the top of your inventory - click it to jump straight to that filtered view.
Goodshuffle Pro ships with six pre-built views to answer the questions event pros ask most:
Most Booked — Last 30 Days — your highest-demand items over the past month
Top Revenue Products — highest-grossing items (toggle between This Month and Last 365 Days)
Not Booked in 90 Days — items sitting idle that may need attention
Max Needed — Next 2 Weeks — items with the highest upcoming demand
Overbooked — Next 7 Days — items with conflicts coming up this week
Damaged Items Needed Next Week — items flagged as damaged that are due out soon
Switching Between Views
Navigate to your Views tab.
Click any view tab to instantly apply that filter and sort configuration.
Click the default "All Inventory" tab to return to your unfiltered list.
Creating Your Own Saved Views
You can also save custom filter and sort combinations of your own.
On the Inventory list, apply any filters or sort settings you want to preserve.
Click "Save View" (or the view management control at the top of the list).
Give your view a name and save it. It will appear as a tab you can click back to any time.
Continuous Scroll on Your Inventory List
Alongside Saved Views, your Inventory list loads in a continuous scroll - the same experience already available on your project list. Large catalogs render in one fast, uninterrupted scroll.
This works with Saved Views too - when you load a view, the filtered results scroll continuously so you can scan everything without pagination breaking your flow.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of Saved Views
Start with the six pre-built views before creating custom ones - they cover the most common inventory check-ins.
Pair Saved Views with Custom Columns to surface exactly the data you care about.
The "Damaged Items Needed Next Week" view is especially useful before a busy weekend — a quick scan tells you what needs attention before it heads out the door.
