To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
If you need to see everything leaving your warehouse in a given window—whether that's a weekend, a week, or a custom date range—you can pull a combined pull sheet directly from your Projects list.
1. Go to Your Projects List
Navigate to "Projects" in the left-hand menu.
2. Filter by Date Range
Click "Filters" in the top left to open the filter panel. Under Logistics Starts, select a date range—like "Next 7 Days"—or choose "Specific Dates" to set a custom window.
You can also narrow results further using additional filters, including:
Sales Office, Team, or Billing status
Logistics type (Delivery, Pickup, or None)
Signatures (Enabled or Disabled)
Fulfillment (Open or Closed)
Origin (Pro or Website)
Inventory items
3. Select Your Projects
Check the box next to each project you want to include, or use the top checkbox to the left of the Project Name column to select all visible projects at once.
4. Open the Download Modal
Click the bulk download icon in the yellow bar at the top right. The Select Files to Download modal will open.
You'll see a two-column layout: document types on the left, export settings on the right. On mobile, use the Document Type and Options tabs to navigate.
5. Select Your Document Type
In the Document Type list, check Pull Sheet (Aggregate) By category to consolidate all selected projects into one document, with a list of all related projects at the end. This is the go-to option when pulling inventory for an entire day, weekend, or week. Once it's checked, choose the file types you want it generated as:
XLSX
PDF
You can check both—the aggregate pull sheet will be generated and sent as separate XLSX and PDF files.
The Document Type list also includes other pull sheet styles and documents you can download per project:
Pull Sheet — By line item group — organizes items by the line item groups on the contract, one pull sheet per project.
Pull Sheet — By Item Category — organizes items by primary category, one pull sheet per project. If the same item appears multiple times, it collapses to a single line with the total needed.
Contract - Unsigned: A blank (unsigned) copy of the contract as it exists at the time of download, including any changes that have put the contract in an "Unsigned Changes" state.
Contract - Signed: The most recently signed version of the contract. This excludes any changes made after the last signature. No file will be generated for projects with no signature on file.
eROGS: Individual client signature forms for each selected project, showing contracted items (no pricing) with a signature line for clients to acknowledge receipt of your goods and services.
Schedule: Individual schedules for each selected project.
Project List: Your selected project list and custom column data as an XLSX file.
6. Configure Your Export Settings
On the right side (or under the Options tab on mobile), configure the following:
Combine project packets into a single file — toggle on to merge each project's documents into one file. Note that this excludes the Pull Sheet (Aggregate) and XLSX pull sheets, which are always generated as their own files.
Categories — this controls which items appear on the aggregate pull sheet, and it's where you filter by category and subcategory. The dropdown defaults to All. To narrow it down, open the dropdown and deselect All, then check exactly what you want to include. You can:
Select one or more full primary categories
Expand a category and select one or more specific subcategories beneath it
Mix the two—for example, include a whole category plus a couple of individual subcategories from other categories
Filtering applies per-project: each project's pull sheet includes only the selected categories and subcategories that exist in that project. Projects with none of your selected categories or subcategories produce an empty pull sheet.
Group By — choose how the items on the aggregate pull sheet are organized:
Primary Category — groups items by top-level category
Subcategory — groups items by subcategory
Note: Categories controls what's included on the pull sheet; Group By controls how it's organized. You can use them together—for example, include just a few subcategories, then group the results by subcategory.
Item Images — include item images on the aggregate Pull Sheet PDF. Choose None, Small, Medium, or Large.
Print Language — select English, French, or Spanish. This applies to any document that supports language options.
7. Email Your Files
Click "Email Files" when you're ready. You'll see export progress in your window, then a confirmation that the files will be sent to your email on file. Click "Okay, Got It!" to close.
The pull sheet will consolidate all inventory across your selected projects into one document—ready to hand off to your warehouse team.
💡 Pro Tip: Save your filtered view using "Save View" at the top of the Projects list so you can quickly access the same filter setup next time.
